Cecilia understands that becoming involved in the justice system can be overwhelming and unfamiliar. She believes every client deserves to be heard and treated fairly.
Before joining Heller Hunter Azevedo as an associate, Cecilia completed her articles with the firm. She spent nearly a decade conducting research in criminal law and criminology prior to entering private practice. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Criminology from Université de Montréal and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
