Nick Kandel exclusively represents individuals charged with criminal, quasi-criminal, and regulatory offences at both the trial and appellate level.

He has successfully represented individuals charged with a variety of offences, including assault, sexual assault, impaired driving, fraud, robbery, firearm charges, drug charges, and offences under the Highway Traffic Act, among others.

He also authored a chapter in a comprehensive manual on criminal law published by the Canadian Legal Information Institute.

Nick received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor where he was a copy editor of the Law Review, a research assistant, and worked at a legal clinic. In his final year, he was awarded the Dean’s Achievement Award.
